factors that lead to “positive transformational change?” What would be your
purpose for changing? How will you benefit from changing? How do you know that
you are ready to change?
This course will take you on a journey to teach you the basics to understanding the process of change, its purpose, and benefits of shifting from unhealthy to healthy beliefs, thinking, behavior and habits.
